Men’s Club Bake Sale:  This weekend at all Masses the Men’s Club will be offering a great selection of baked goods. Be sure to stop by and purchase your favorite for “The Big Game.”

Coffee and Donuts: Due to the Bake Sale, the Men’s Club will not serve coffee and donuts this weekend. Coffee and Donuts will be served next weekend, February 12 following the 8:00 a.m. Mass.

AS/WC News: The Altar Society/Women’s Club will host its annual Salesian priests’ and brothers’ dinner, in celebration of the Feast Day of St. John Bosco, this Monday, February 6 in theParishCenter at 6:30 p.m.

Men’s Club Meeting: The Men’s Club will meet on Tuesday, February 7 at 7:00 p.m. in theParishCenter.

Second Collection: On the weekend of February 11 & 12, the annual second collection to benefit Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans will be held. This collection raises crucial undesignated dollars for Catholic Charities to respond to the needs of the poor and vulnerable across the eight civil parishes of the archdiocese. Fr. Ken’s Presentation:  On Wednesday, February 8 at 7:00 p.m., Fr. Ken’s video presentation “The Footprints of God” will be on “Apostolic Fathers.” The presentation will be in the church. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend.

Bulletin Ad Renewal: Mr. Richard Baldwin from Trinity Publications, the Weekly Bulletin printer will be contacting current advertisers about renewals and new advertisers about openings on the back page of the bulletin. Mr. Baldwin will be at theParishCenter from Monday, February 6 – Friday, February 10 and Monday, February 13 – Friday, February 17. The advertising on the back cover accounts for the printing costs thus allowing us to receive our Weekly Bulletins without expenses to the St. Rosalie.

Tour to Italy: Mr. Paul Dube from Dube Travel will be here at St. Rosalie on Thursday, February 9th at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the Trip toItaly. He will answer any questions that you have at that time. If you are registered or interested in registering, please attend this informative session.

Rosaryville Spirit Life Center:RosaryvilleSpiritLifeCenter in Ponchatoula offers its monthly Taize prayer service on Thursday evening, February 9, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of the main building. All persons are invited to attend this candlelight prayer consisting of scripture readings, meditative chants, silence and bringing one’s cares and joys to the cross. Stroke Screening: The Culicchia Neurological Clinic is offering free screenings for stroke risk again this year. Screenings using an ultrasound image of the carotid artery in your neck takes only about 10 minutes and are painless. The Clinic will be set up in the Parish Center on February 24 from 9:00 a.m. – Noon. Register for your appointment by calling the Parish Center at 340-1962. Space is limited so call now!
